Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

We deliver within Germany and to the following countries: EU member states.

Shipping Costs (All prices include statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.99 per order.

Deliveries to other countries:

We charge a flat shipping rate of €12.99 per order.

Delivery Times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, delivery within Germany will take place within 5–10 days, and international deliveries within 10–12 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the payment instruction has been received).

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
